Elucidating consumer’s common misconceptions about Internet pirating techniques in order to combat the growing computer hacking problem
Working in close collaboration with CIGREF and ANSSI, and in partnership with the Crédit Agricole, Axa, Capgemini, Société Générale & Orange, W decided to use the established codes of Reality TV in order to create a awareness campaign, 100% viral, designed in the form of a “web series”.
This unique approach resulted in the very first Hacking Reality TV show, presenting four short films where 4 participants have to face the « Hack Academy » jury. An original concept designed to help people discover the most common techniques used by computer hackers today. Internet users are then redirected
to a dedicated website hack-academy.fr that provides a wide range
of practical advice and important information about the subject.
