Words are all very well, but customers require proof of that attention.
W, in partnership with Havas Paris, is supporting Auchan in the complete overhaul of its shopping experience. The new “attentive” approach is reflected in stores in a new tone of voice, new services, a new approach to dialogue with customers (signage, architecture, staff apparel, etc.) and new experiences that are innovative, inspiring, immersive and fun.
