Background
A player in corporate real estate and serviced residences, BPD Marignan has over 130 employees at its head office in the Paris region. The site has become obsolete, no longer reflecting the group’s agility or its new collaborative working methods.
Insight
We are what we do. One of the brand’s key solutions is working in project mode.
Idea
The new workplace is a representative showcase of BPD Marignan’s services. The comfort provided by the facilities is identical to that offered in the design and sale of private homes. A showcase for the company’s projects and a modern and pleasant workspace for its employees, the site fosters dialogue and project-mode work in the pre-project and project-management phases.
