Background

While it employs more than 95,000 people and offers more than 100 jobs, the employer image of Health Insurance remains focused on simple “reimbursers”… Renewing the employer image and enhancing the attractiveness of Medicare is a strategic issue - all in line with the brand platform launched in 2018:
“Taking action together. Protecting Everyone.”

Insight

Health Insurance collaborators are confronted with stereotypes images related to “social security” and negative misconceptions about public employment: 35% of them say that this, has an impact on self-esteem…

Idea

#Proud to protect: an employer promise to co-built with the internal, which gives employees pride. This promise is illustrated by employee testimonies that highlight the diversity and the complementarity of their work in the service of health protection and a press campaign that puts them in the spotlight.
