W helped the Internal Communication team of Dassault Systèmes to create a new visual and verbal identity, in order to reaffirm its role and values (sharing, team spirit).
A new signature "We Share 3DS life" to embody its philosophy and create a sense of belonging among its employees.
A naming system based on this signature to identify and brand its different communication channels: "We Share News" (news), "We Share Talks" (conferences), "We Share Stories" (podcasts), etc.
A visual territory designed "fix & flex": fixed identity codes (colors, typography, iconography, register of forms) to allow Internal Communication to gain recognition, and flexible codes (proportions, colors of forms) to leave space for expression to the different entities of the group.
