- 6,500 m2 on 7 floors
- 1 management area and a dining area with kitchen
- 400 employees
- €5 million overall budget, including technical batches
- 8 months of work
The 400 employees of OFI, a major player in asset management, are now housed in 6,500 m2 of office space in the 17th arrondissement in Paris.
The office as art gallery.
W designed a new space for OFI that strikes a balance between its commitment as a patron of the arts and its culture of efficiency and performance. The new layout takes into account the specific expectations of employees, by combining open spaces for project-mode work and different types of meeting spaces (rapid, advice, lounge). The spaces are studded with the Foundation’s works of art. The approach is underlined by a temporary exhibition gallery.
