One of Peugeot’s key challenges is the roll-out at the greatest number of dealerships in France and Europe of the BlueBox concept, the brand’s international icon.

The success of the customer relationship hinges on proximity.
Idea
W has worked with Peugeot for over ten years to create and implement its various formats. The BlueBox concept was designed as a spearhead of the implementation of a consistent brand image across the entire brand network. The offer was designed to meet customer expectations and the constraints of sales staff. The shops are organised into spaces dedicated to the dealership’s business activities and are immediately identifiable with their colour codes, furniture and signage.
